A message from our Principal:

Thank you for your interest in Stuart R. Paddock School, home to approximately 760 kindergarten through sixth-grade students. Our school community is committed to producing world-class learners who also respect and value the diversity found on our campus.

In order to create a positive learning environment, Paddock students and staff follow Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). Students are encouraged to make their character count every day by following our school rules: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe. Students are acknowledged daily through the use of PAWS tickets, and the school holds regular celebrations when schoolwide behavior goals are achieved.

A wide variety of 21st century technology is available at Paddock. Students and staff use these tools to engage in collaborative learning activities that allow for real-world problem solving opportunities. Through access to classroom computers, computer labs, wireless laptop carts, Flip video cameras, and interactive white boards, students are able to use technology to enhance their learning.

Paddock believes in a strong connection to the local community. We welcome parent volunteers, members of the District 15 Senior Exchange Program, and potential future educators that volunteer through the Harper College and District 211 mentor programs. Our PTA involves families with many social events throughout the school year.

We are proud of our school and welcome the opportunity to share more with you. Please call 847-963-5800 for more information.

Mrs. Bland, Principal
